We’re excited to announce Test Drives, sponsored by RACV, will be a new feature at our event this year. Designed to offer you the opportunity to experience the latest electric and hybrid SUVs firsthand.
Here, you’ll get the opportunity to feel the smooth performance of an EV vehicle as you navigate a specially designed course that showcases their agility and cutting-edge technology.

Route
The test drive route will be pre-defined loop from the exit point of the MCEC – Wilson car park via Normanby Road.
The route has been designed to showcase the capabilities of the EVs, including:
Acceleration: A short straightaway to experience the electric motor’s power.
Handling: Bends and turns to demonstrate the vehicle’s maneuverability.
Comfort: Smooth sections to highlight the quiet and comfortable ride of EVs.
Registration
Onsite registration will take place at the Test Drive Kiosk. You can also fill out the form below to express your interest:
Requirements:
- Registration confirmation.
- All participants must hold a full driver’s license.
- Participants are required to sign a waiver acknowledging the risks and responsibilities associated with the test drive.
- Speed limits will strictly be enforced on the test drive route.
