Please contact event organiser for scheduling of your move in and move out. Timings of arrival on the loading dock for unloading and loading of materials will be carefully scheduled to avoid delays and to maximise efficiency.

Move in bookings will be in half hour blocks, commencing from 11:00 am on Wednesday 6th November. These will be coordinated by the event organiser, and entered into he ICC Sydney Loading Dock management System.
Move out booking timings will be confirmed at a later date prior to the show commencing.
Move in of vehicles will occur on Thursday 7th November.
Vehicle move out commences at the conclusion of the show on Sunday 10th at 17:00.
Materials lifting will be charged at a flat rate of $375 covering both move in and move out.
